On January 1st 2009 we began a new year and Tawanna Elizabeth Tyson (Tee) left the world to be with the Lord. She bounced into my life in May of 2003 and remained close to me until the passing of her life. What a special blessing she was to me and my family. She was 44 years old when she died. She has two children Evan and Eran (Frick and Frack)Tyson. They are 16 and 13 and are now living with Tees brother Roger Tyson in Huntsville Alabama. They were her greatest Joy and she was soooo proud of THEM. Her mother passed away when Tee was 23 years old because of her heart and few years later Tee starting having heart problems of her own. In 2002 she had a quadruple bypass and in 2008 was in and out of the hospital 7 times. Needless to say I knew Tee would have her life cut short but was never expecting it to be now. She was full of energy and as you can see had a beautiful smile. She could ALWAYS make me smile. We laughed so hard together and we could talk about things I could never talk about with anyone else. She was always kind to everybody but didn't take no crap either, hehehe! She was one of the most loyal people I have ever known. I guess she was kind of an angel here on earth. I know she will definitely be watching over us! Words can not describe how I will miss her calls and her silliness and all the stupid things we used to say. She taught me ALOT about life and that with the Lord you can truly accomplish anything. I hope she meets me at the Pearly Gates, that would be awesome! She and her children came to visit us the day after Thanksgiving this year. We laughed and caught up and they got to see Coleman. We knew how we felt about one another and we got to say goodbye in a way. Some people go their whole life without telling someone how much they mean to them or what a difference they make in their life. With Tee, I can honestly say, we told one another and we knew how much the other meant to each of us. Thank you for your friendship Tee, thank you for your courage and wisdom. Thank you for unique life and what it meant to me. I will miss you so much and I think about you every day. These pictures are me and her at my baby shower and when Coleman was 5 months old. She thought he was the cutest thing and so fat too. She would carry him around her office and say, "Look at this big o nursing baby, aint he a fatty!" Oh, and yes, I am a big of biscut in that picture too hu! I love you Tee!

I did not know she passed away! That makes me so sad. I remember my first day at Care First. She and you and Marga were so nice. I remember being very intemidated by her. Just because I was somewhere new and she is so out spoken. Not is a bad way. And then you all accepted me into the group. As Tee said after she knew I was okay and not a spy. Since I was hired by Donna. She cracked me up! I need to call you and catch up. I will try to call you later.
